Welcome to Carvert! These Terms of Service (ToS) govern your use of our website (yourdomain.com) and services, whether you are a driver earning through our platform or a business advertising with us. By accessing or using Carvert, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

- Business refers to an entity advertising through Carvert’s driver network.

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use our services.
- Drivers must have a valid UK driving licence and a registered vehicle in their name.
- Businesses must be legally registered entities with authority to provide logo usage rights.
3. Services Overview
Carvert connects drivers with businesses for mobile advertising:
- Drivers display business bumper stickers on their vehicles for 30-day assignments and are paid for their participation.
- Businesses provide logos, which Carvert uses to create bumper stickers for advertising campaigns.
- Users sign up via our website, receiving a welcome email with a form to complete registration.
4. User Obligations
- Drivers:
- Complete the Driver Sign-Up form, providing accurate email, address, and car registration.
- Agree to display the assigned bumper sticker for the full 30-day assignment period.
- Maintain the sticker in good condition and notify us of any damage.
- Upload a photo of the bumper sticker on your vehicle, alongside the connected car registration (e.g., visible licence plate), to verify installation and begin the agreement. Failure to provide this photo within [3 days] of receiving the sticker voids the assignment.
- Allow Carvert to share the postcode only from your address with businesses for marketing purposes (as consented).
- Businesses:
- Complete the Business Sign-Up form, providing accurate business name, email, phone, and logo.
- Grant Carvert a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your logo for bumper sticker production, per the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
- Pay campaign fees as agreed in the Business Agreement (provided via sign-up form).
- All Users:
- Provide truthful information and update us if details change.
- Comply with UK laws, including vehicle signage rules (e.g., DVLA standards).
5. Payment Terms
- For Drivers:
- Payment will be agreed upon sign-up and paid within 30 days via BACS after completion and verification of the bumper sticker photo.
- You must complete the full 30 days to receive payment; early removal or failure to upload the verification photo voids eligibility.
- For Businesses:
- Campaign fees will be agreed upon sign-up and invoiced via email.
- Payment is due within [7 days] via BACS; late payments incur a 2% monthly interest fee.
- Taxes: Users are responsible for reporting earnings to HMRC. Carvert will issue payment summaries if required.
6. Intellectual Property
- Carvert owns all website content, logos, and designs (except business logos).
- Businesses grant Carvert a non-exclusive licence to use their logos for advertising purposes.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Carvert’s content without written consent.
